Shipping policy

Items will be shipped out to the address details given within 5 working days of order unless otherwise stated prior. 

QFIRE Limited can not control any damage that occurs during freight but makes every effort to ensure products are protected to help prevent damage. In the event of items being damaged in freight, it must be reported to QFIRE Limited within 24 hours to be able to have any claim for replacement parts or refunds.
